MPEG-2 Encoder with Dolby Digital support

Dual Motorola DSP56301 each running at 100 MHz, Connexant iTVC16 MPEG-2 Video Encoder, 16 MB of SRAM, Xilinx FPGA, PCI Interface.
I took an existing audio processing library, written in DSP56301 assembler by Dolby Laboratories, and ported it to this custom hardware.
