I am an experienced software engineer with a particular interest in embedded software and Linux system software. I like to write about various software development tips and tricks as I come across them.

I have developed software for various platforms including consumer electronics, enterprise networking appliances, and carrier-grade telecommunications equipment. I am currently working for Riverbed Technology in San Francisco, California, and am part of the team developing their solutions for Cloud Computing.
